Course Description
:This course contains an introduction to OB, perception and learning, personality, organizat ional conflict and stress, and organizational change and development. It also includes introduction to HRM, job analysis and design, human resource acquisition and development, performance appraisal and reward management, and employee maintenance.
Course Objective
:The objective of this course is to introduce the basic concepts of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the hospitality industry. It also enables the students to function more effectively in their present and future roles as managers in this industry. Course Description This course contains an introduction to OB, perception and learning, personality, organizat ional conflict and stress, and organizational change and development. It also includes introduction to HRM, job analysis and design, human resource acquisition and development, performance appraisal and reward management, and employee maintenance.
