Inside the archive

A file is not a record until its story checks out.

We verify what a paper is, where it came from, and whether it can be published—not merely whether the PDF opens.

Where we look first

Sources have an order.

The closer a source is to the original academic record, the more weight it carries.

  1. 01

    TU Faculty of Management

Dean’s Office publications and programme documents come first.

  2. 02

    Other official TU sources

Controller, department, campus, and programme institution pages.

  3. 03

    Rights holders and contributors

Material shared by its owner or with explicit permission.

  4. 04

    Discovery leads

Third-party sites can point us somewhere, but are never mirrored as proof.

The publication gate

Seven checks before “publish.”

Ambiguous material remains private. We do not fill gaps by guessing a date, course, cohort, or page sequence.

  1. 01Programme and curriculum
  2. 02Course code and title
  3. 03Exam year and sitting
  4. 04Source and usage rights
  5. 05File integrity
  6. 06Page order
  7. 07Readable content

When the record changes

Corrections leave a trail.

Meaningful corrections create an audit entry. A disputed document can be withdrawn while its source is reviewed, without silently rewriting the archive’s history.
