Terms of use
These terms set the boundaries for using Paper Khoj as an independent educational archive and explain how official records, contributed material, and access should be treated.
01Independent status
Paper Khoj is an independent student archive. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or operated by Tribhuvan University or its Faculty of Management.
02Educational use
The archive is provided as a study and research aid. You may use public material for lawful personal learning and academic reference. Access to the archive does not transfer ownership of any source document.
03Accuracy and official records
Paper Khoj checks sources and curriculum context carefully, but academic requirements, examination arrangements, and published notices can change. When an archive record conflicts with a current official TU publication, the official publication controls.
Report suspected transcription errors, missing material, or incorrect metadata through the Report a problem page.
04Contributions and rights
Only submit files you own or have permission to share for archive review. A submission is not a guarantee of publication. Material may remain private, be declined, corrected, or be removed when its source or rights cannot be verified.
Rights holders can request review through the Copyright and takedown process.
05Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, enter private storage, access editorial drafts or queues, disrupt the service, submit malicious files, or misrepresent your authority to share material.
06Availability and changes
The archive may change as records are corrected, curricula are updated, or disputed material is reviewed. Features may also be modified or temporarily unavailable while the project is maintained.
