Course Description
:This course contains introduction to HRM and technology, human resource planning, job analysis and design, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, rewards management, career development, managing employee retention and engagement, ethics, fair treatment at work and employee relations, use of technology in HRM, employee relations and labor Act of Nepal.
Course Objective
:This course aims to develop student’s understanding of the basic concepts, practices andapproaches of human resource management and use of technology in HR activities in the modern days.
