Course Description

:

This course contains Introduction to organizational behavior, Perception and learning ,Personality and job satisfaction, Organizational conflict and Stress Management, Introduction to leadership, Contemporary leadership theories and styles and leadership development

Course Objective

:

The major objective of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and application of Organizational Behavior (OB) and Leadership.

Unit 1. Introduction to Organizational Behavior
